At Cross Gates Dental, we believe quality dental care should be simple, accessible, and affordable for everyone. Our in-house Discount Dental Plan provides patients without traditional insurance an easy way to save on routine checkups, cleanings, and other treatments. With no waiting periods, no yearly maximums, and exclusive member discounts on most services, you can keep your smile healthy and your costs predictable, all year long.
Services included in the Discount Dental Plan:

Two (2) healthy mouth cleanings per member (codes D1110 or D1120) Prophylaxis only, not advanced services such as root planing or debridement or perio maintenance (D4910)

Two (2) exams per member (codes D0150 or D0120)

X-ray series per member (codes D0210, D0274, D0330)

Periodontal Evaluation • Intraoral Camera Exam • Fluoride 1 time per year
Discounted Services:

Any other services performed, regardless if it’s cosmetic or restorative, are 20% off or 10% off if you pay with third party healthcare financing such as CareCredit.

Clear aligner services, such as Invisalign are 10% off.

Membership Cost:

$350 a year for the first Discount Dental Plan member

$225 a year per child 14 and under for each additional Discount Dental Plan member

Good for 1 full calendar year.
Who is eligible?

Anyone and everyone regardless of their dental conditions are eligible.

People who have met their annual maximum limit under traditional insurance plans.

If a member should become covered by a traditional dental plan then this plan becomes null and void with no refund of fees.
How do I start and when will benefits begin and end?
Benefits will begin immediately after the enrollment fee.
Benefits will discontinue immediately upon cancellation.
Patient Payments for Dental Services
All payments are made directly to the dental office for services and will be collected in full at the time of treatment. You should discuss all future payments and cost before new appointments are made. When paying with cash, check, or card you will receive 20% off. If paying with third party financing, such as CareCredit, you will receive 10% off.
